i'd say without photoshop's help - 75% of girls in softcore and hardcore porn have at least one tat. i think webmasters make way more of a big deal out of them then surfers do, i don't see Nikki from NextDoorNikki fame hurting for sales.

two of my favorite models are heavily inked, gotta go get some pics to post of them.
