IMHO, if you sell/distribute/whatever content you took from another source and for which you don't have any rights, then it's stolen content, it's pretty basic. Now, if it's legal, it's another question. I think that at best it's stolen content but there might be some kind of loophole in the laws which may make the thing not illegal, yet highly unethical. Anyway, I know shit about laws, so I might be completely wrong.
This being said, I don't see the difference between stealing celebrity content and stealing content from Playboy or any adult site
