I understand him not wanting them to search his car because he has done nothing wrong, but there is nothing wrong with them asking questions of him. That said, he should have never been beat like he was and treated like he was. If they really suspected that he had something in the car they should have told him they were taking him out of the car and if he refused or resisted they would taze him. If he then refused/resisted I can see why they would use force, but still not like they did. It sounds like he wasn't fighting back so there was no need to break the windows and kick his ass like they did.

I would assume the tapes of this will become public and the guys that overstepped their authority will be dealt with.

Being a border patrol guard is a rough job, but they went way too far with this dude. (Assuming everything he is saying is true)
