It's the scientific fact to losing weight.  you can eat all the weight watchers' meals you want but if you're eating more calories than you're burning, WW won't work.
Eat negative calorie foods because they take more calories to digest these things than what you're consuming (ie more calories burned than consumed).
That and staying off alcohol - esp. beer  .
