I hear the "Adapt or Die" message everywhere. The problem is no who says is tells us what he means. They just leave it like that as if they have a secret potion to solve it. This is what I suspect most mean.

Open a Tube site. Which is not adapting at all. It's copying and capitulating. In the end it will mean more free surfers and less members.

This is how we adapted.
We opened the members area so surfers can see it's not a rip off site.
We're adding more videos and sets.
We have a free live show for members every night.
When I get back to shooting I will be shooting scenes that many can't or don't. Scenes aimed at keeping the members.

We also opened a site that's unique and exclusive.

All the above worked and we are going to survive this hiccup in the world economy. Some of the adapt or die mob probably won't.

Because they will copy others lame ideas the surfer is wise to in the belief that the key is to get more traffic.
