I can talk to Omar of SD and see what is needed if someone goes this route. I have other sites on my copy of SD, so I can't just turn it over to you. But you would probably need a SD license. So if interested in going that route, factor it into your budget.

THEY SHOULD! Be able to export the sql for sdepth and import into their new copy of sdepth. Then erase the sql tables for the sites they don't buy. Don't quote me on that, but should be easily done. Should be easier too if they already have a running copy of sdepth up too.
