That's only in the visible universe..
If the inflation theory holds up, which most of the leading astronomers think, the universe we can see (Around 28 billion light years wide) is only a tiny tiny tiny fraction of the real universe..
In fact, the size of a photon compared to the size of the visible universe is the size relationship the visible universe have to the whole existing universe according to the inflation theory... this is practically infinite
