I already paid him a good $XX,XXX chunk of money for the library rights outright.
I figured that would be enough and we could close up shop and pinky wave into the sunset. Basically foregoing the selling off the sites and stores under that company name (I would just close them). With the economy, and the state of this industry, I had told him that there is no way you are going to get market value on the sites, plus I did not want the hassle of trying to deal with all that... sites, stores, domains, etc..
However, he wants his 30% out of all assets, so I told him I would fire sale everything and then he could get his percent. I was going to start over completely regardless of store closing or selling after partnership dissolved for both personal and professional reasons.
