All sites were 100% down without MYSQL running correctly, made a support ticket, trusting your support team would simply fix a MySQL database user(s) error on your end. I was just about out the door(literally) for my long awaited 6-7 day vacation.
I contacted you by e-mail & icq to get a quick helping hand, but found out you were on vacation as well. Np

I explained to support the situation by ticket that I was leaving & that I would have no internet access, please get the sites back up soon.

The above was a ticket response that was sent on the same day I had already left for vacation. They couldn't test just one site to see if it was up?

I return from vacation, made another ticket, 85% problem was fixed in 4 minutes, I fixed the rest in a few minutes. Damage was already done, my opinion, terrible support!
