David Duke is a piece of shit that is not worth the price of the bullet I would gladly put in his brain.... having said that the government prosecuting someone for their beliefs is wrong. I am well aware that Europe does not revere freedom of speech like the US but that does not change the fact that the criminalization of ideas is a very bad idea and inevitably leads to tyranny.
If you can criminalize David Duke's beliefs (however ridiculous and offensive they are) how long until denying global warming or being skeptical of the EU are considered dangerous and unlawful speech? It is a very slippery slope.
