Hm I tried the first code you put and it only outputs "http://www.zshare.net/download/".. I'm on PHP 4.4.7 maybe that's a problem.

What's the "Expect:" this?:
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array('Expect:'));
