I thought my neck was going to break the first time I did it. It really gets your neck muscles besides the stomach.
It works real good though. Your stomach will be beyond sore the next day.
If you do this 3x a day you would have a six pack in like a month. Unless your a fatty and have too much fat to hide the muscle.
