it's have to be a pretty stellar keyword domain for a .info to hold much speakable value in my opinion. i've been noticing more and more .info's ranking well though, and it seems as though .info's have been reasonably accepted by a good portion of internet users. as far as .mobi i think the verdict is still out on that one. the mobile market is growing very fats, but i don't see too much indication that .mobi has or is becoming an accepted standard for mobile format sites. if you have some incredible .mobi's they could be worth holding onto, but it seems like kind of a gamble at the moment. i'm gonna say it probably won't, but thats just a stab in the dark. i'm just thinking people in general aren't going to see the attraction to .mobi as a standard tld for mobile sites, and will mostly just bring the currently popular tld's to mobile format. if the .mobi market does catch on, it'll be those who got in on the good domains now and held on who bank big in a few years...
if you can get a really good domain on either tld it could be worth the gamble on making a small investment, but i wouldn't come barging out the gates making too many crazy purchases
