True their phone techsupport can suck at times and email support does usually take days... but at least its there, so better than nothing. I still wouldnt recommend candidhosting to people even though I use them for some of my sites.

i looked at national-net.com...Server included: Intel ISP1100, Pentium III, 700 Mhz, rack-mounted web server with 128M SDRAM, 9G hard drive, and 100Mps redundant connections to the Internet with 100GB transfer/month = $295/month

Way too expensive. Are they crazy or is their page just way outdated?...that doesnt even remotely compete with other webhosts.
