Different season. Typically we do not have summer flu issues - wait several months and you will hear of it again. Of course there are people who are working on it and live around it everyday. that just happens to be their job.

Also still with us and hits at times when Mosquito's are most commonly breeding. Get numerous cases in CA at least each year. Perhaps you may have noticed they are mentioning the pools at foreclosed properties every so often, curious as to why? Or perhaps why we as a country are actually releasing a fish type that is not to cool for our waterways, hoping they stay in those same pools.
