well the 1918 flu started out in just a few peole too. that's how this shit starts. Not saying that's where this is headed, but to say "well only a few people have it so I'll ignore it" is kind of stupid
regular flu kills les than 1% of it's victims. This flu appearantly kill a higher % and is as easily catchable if not more so. That's the issue. if teh you havea 5% detah rate for example with the same number of people in the US catching swine flu over regular flu you're talking 360,000 deaths. That would make it easily the 3rd leading cause of death. and that's only only 5% got the flu. If 20% got the swine flu it's closer to 1.5 million.
