Non Fat Frozen Yogurt will save you a ton on the fat grams but still has sugar.
Leave it to the healthier Jim Gunn to recommend something even cooler. Trust him over my choice, I still crave cheeseburgers.
In my past life, I ran a juice bar or two, and if you wanted something really healthy, you would substitute frozen banana's and ice for the yogurt or ice cream and end up with a thick milk shake type drink with your protien powder. The pudding idea of Jim's would give you more of ice cream texture.
