Im looking for someone to install and skin this joomla review extension for me.

I have a joomla template picked out already:
joomla15.siteground.com/?template=123wd-j15-3

The template needs to be skinned so it looks good with the review extension. Also the URL's need to be rewritten to a cleaner format using .htaccess

This is for a brand new site.
Please let me know if you can handle this.
