Wasn't someone on the board talking about Shap being a bully with his trademarks, and his blatant affiliation with illegal tube sites and other bad habits?
I guess you take a risk when you behave like this. But I'm pretty sure Shap will be fine in the end. Although it would be quite impressive to see a threat like this carried through, and a toll taken.
