We did a ground up in early 2007.. just before everything went to shit.... Prices were JUST starting to fall... And they were still charging out the ass for things like granite, tile, rounded corners...
Which you get for free as incentives now..
If you go by my county appraisal.. I'm upside down about 70k
... If you go by Bank Of America's appraisal... I'm right side up by like 4k...
