Resell license means that you can license the 150 clips to other people for their SINGLE SITE USE. This includes providing them with a license from your company to theirs.

So you can work content deals like I do, selling off 10/50/150 packs, or all, as well as doing pay site, clip store, or whatever you want. You sell to individual people, companies looking for content.

You do not have license to resell to re-license (giving someone else permission to license content to others).
