Just got a new place.
For $20 a month the guy comes and mows the front lawn and does fertilizing twice a year.
Supposedly he trims the shrubs/roses but I have never seen him do it. My backyard is just dirt right now until we get the landscaping done.
How often are you suppose to trim roses/ shrubs?
