I think my biggest complaint is that at least once every other day I have to log out of it and reset the entire phone. This process takes about 3 minutes in all which isn't that big of a deal but still an annoyance nonetheless and that I have to do is so much is just beyond unacceptable. In all the phone is super cheap, so you can't beat the low monthly rates but it's just not a perfected technology yet.
Which one did you get? And where did you order it from?

Had a client about a year ago who bought one online (supposedly brand new). To make a long story short, it was defective. Told him to return it because all of the other ones that I had set up for other clients had worked flawlessly. He got the new one and hasn't had a problem since.

If you have a problem from the break or even in a relatively short period of time, return it. Use the warranty. That's what it's for.

Certain sectors in the tech industry have been utilizing manufacturers that do not build to spec or have consistent quality controls (the costs are lower). If they have above a certain number of returns or complaints, they just change to another manufacturer. Rinse and repeat.
