In regards to the processing for the celebrity sites. They run through Verotel.
When I had sold my old celebrity site last year for $75k, instead of starting new sites under my master old one. I started new sites individually so that, should I sell later, I can simply sign off the account and they make a simple, smooth members, transition (i.e. keeping recurring memberships).
Obviously, whether two members or two hundred, that is an advantage. I could not do it last year because I had all my sites (at that time) under one account. There was no way to split them off and retain members.
Anyway, for new buyer(s) I can simply sign off that account, and give it to the new owner. This would include existing members, as well as my 6 month rolling reserve for that account.
