Sadly, I had to put Jake down after he gave me the best 13 years of my life. To you point he was a gentle, loving dog who slept in my baby's bedroom while she was in her crib.

Any strong willed intelligent breed needs to be trained and worked with. If you have never had a dog, any bully breed would be a poor choice as they take experience to handle. so many idiots get them as a cock extensions or they have no idea how to train them and lack understanding of basic dog behavior.
