breakfast: work up late, so just some pineapple, blueberries and apple slices
lunch: grilled halibut and steamed broccoli with ice tea
dinner: steamed jumbo prawns, brown rice, and steamed veggies
my sin for the day will be these brownies that we make. The batter is made up of coco powder, hemp seeds, flaxseed, and crushed pinenuts. The trick is to let the batter sit all day so the oils of the pinenuts and the seeds mix with the coco powder. So good...and a nice protein shock to the system...lol
