ive been to Pheonix and Scottsdale a few times and didnt pick up on any racism to be honest.
it depends where you want to live, but San Diego area will really cost you a bunch to live near the beach. I found a few places around Redondo beach that were around $2k within a block or two of the beach, plus you are close to Hermosa which is a nice hot spot and then find some hot rich women in Manhattan beach during the day

Honeslty, if i could live anywhere in LA it would be in Santa Monica towards the beach. I love that area but its really expensive and to get a nice pad your looking at $2,500 to $3,000/mo
