And I've had my current host google fixes to wordpress issues and hacks .. with 5 min turn around support emails... for free.
$35/incident is NOT good for marketing minded people who aren't techie nerds and tend to need help quite a bit.

If you really need support for that small stuff go for managed dedicated hosting. The thread starter also already mentioned in his first post it's for people who can manage their own shit.
