Parodies are protected free speech under the fair use doctrine...
The problem I see with this one is the title... Seinfeld. Jerry Seinfeld has rights to publicity and misappropriation of name under California Code sec 3344. If there would be a lawsuit, I can see it coming from the use of his name.
