Wow, my girlfriend out did herself last night.
She text's me during the day asking what I wanted for dinner last night, after some thought I came up with enchilada's. Now I have never tasted her enchilada's before and I am a fussy eater (I don't think so) but these were great...

I was going to take a picture of them today however there was only a small amount left and the avocado slices on top did not look fresh like they did yesterday.
