Maybe too obvious a choice, but put me down for Blowing In The Wind, too. He has other good songs, more musically dynamic, but I like the melody and sheer simplicity of that track, and the uncompromising lyrics - even though I don't particular care for Dylan's vocal/singing style.
That song inspired Sam Cooke, one of my all-time favorite singers/songwriters, to write the song, 'A Change Is Gonna Come'.
