Last month I started a natural penis enlargement routine. So basically it consisted of 5 minutes of warm up with a hot wet cloth, 5 minutes of stretching, about a hundred and fifty 3 to 4 second jelqs, and then 5 more minutes with the warm wet cloth.
After 3 sessions my dick felt pumped up and really strong but I think I worked it a bit too hard so ended up having problems getting hard. I let it rest a few weeks and now is back almost 100%.
So the lesson is to take it really slow at first. I thought I was going slow but guess I need to only do PE 2 times a week maximum until my penis gets conditioned to the work.
