So, I am working on some stuff for a client and I blow away a table by accident (shit happens you know).

I get with the client and let them know that hey I just fucked up can you see if NatNet has a recent backup they can throw up there.

A few minutes later my client emails me back with the NatNet phone number so that I can go tech to tech.

So, I call the number and I talk to Matt and he checks the backups and lets me know what they have. He starts up the restore and tells me he will call me back when it is all done.

About 5 mnutes later the fucking phone rings and it's Matt telling me that it's all done.

I am like what the fuck? They answered the phone? They didn't need a support ticket from me but instead did that part from their end and they had the restore done that quickly?

What is the world coming to when you actually get support from a support department?????????

They are ruining my view of hosts..... dammit
