I was wondering when someone would ask if this was the school distributing CP. They claim it's a shadow, will that save them from the police? Oh wait, there was no mention of that angle was there. Interesting. If a child had "sexted" that image to another child, is it THEN CP? Based on prior reports, yes it is. Pretty screwy.
