Webslave, don't sweat it. The two criticisms raised here are (a) their stats reporting is a bit flakey, and (b) they haven't been updating content and news on their webmaster site much lately. Plenty of us make money with them. They're a niche sponsor, some traffic does great with them, some does poorly (general hint: send your high-bandwidth/video-seeking traffic to them, send low-bandwidth/pic-seeking traffic elsewhere). If you can make money with Ox, there's no "are they going under" or "are they crooks" sort of reason not to use them, at least none I've heard. I'd check out NastyDollars too; similar sites, straight-forward pay-per-join stats.
