To get it straight she decided not to wear panties that day because she did not want pantie lines which means she wanted people to think she was not wearing panties and now because she did not know to cross her legs and everyone got proof of what she was intending in the first place they want the yearbooks reprinted and all copies returned.
Guessing they are oblivious to the fact that if you go to say CNN and make it a national story - other teens very well may make copies of the pictures just because they can. Not like nobody has not heard of photocopiers or scanners before.
