Ya it is water .. My son was showing me a trick he learned in school ..about surface tension ..and getting a normal paperclip to float on water .. i was looking down into the cup and it just looked really neat around the edge of the paper clip .. I just thought I would share .. I think the the cup was dirty or dusty that her used ..thats why the water is so dirty .. lol . * I hope*
