You claim parking is dead. That claim is absolutely baseless for adult parked domains.

You ask "why earn .03 per click..." My parked account for adult domains shows better earnings today than one year ago. Further, here are the last 30 days for one parked account with adult domains.... $.09 per click average in an account with over 5k uniques per day:

Claiming that parking is dead or asking "why earn .03 per click" is a bit disingenuous at best or at a minimum, just naive.

You simply can't beat getting paid per click in dozens of languages unless you have a very strong US/English typein domain. There is no such thing as an SEO ready page. If there was, we'd all be throwing up single pages all over the internet and linking them together and laughing all the way to the bank. That was years ago. That's not today.

To use a random example to illustrate my point about this old "new idea", you are essentially saying that the average parked adult domain (i.e. tgp, link list, pay sites, mgp, tube, free sites etc) will strongly out perform Marc at hoes.com and his well targeted, hard earned search traffic which when he was updating stats wasn't doing better than .04 per click for his top 28 best converting sponsors.

Regardless... its all very easy to test and know conclusively. Anyone can throw up a simple page and test it with their choice of sponsors/paysites.
