Whether someone buys now (and gets site built around their domain/s), or buys next month when site done. It doesn't matter to me. I will have a domain slapped on a new design and face within a week or so. By June, should be ready to roll, and members moved to the new site. Kick in some advertising, and tada. Banging new site for me to sell off (again).

Turning around celebrity sites is no biggie. Getting some members, developing, or selling off.
Easy money.
