Like I said the domain has a PR3 although I had a database crash and have had a welcome page up for the last 6 months. But the domain still receives over 10k in traffic a month.

the domain xxxblogindex.com registered with namecheap constantly since 3/06

Also has a blog on sub-directory which is a PR2 on its own.
