I have gone through many beds, especially since para's and quad's are prone to getting pressure ulcers if they are not careful. Tried the Tempurpedic Celebrity model and another model. Also tried several other brands and types. Gave them all up. They each had major issues especially with weight distribution and disbursing pressure. Now I use an memory foam topped alternating pressure air mattress with comfort settings. It mixes the tempurpedic with the sleep number and steps that up. Only issue anyone seems to ever have is first getting used to the alternating pressure which partially inflates and deflates areas of the bed automatically all the time so that it sort of is moving under you. Add in some gortex mattress covers for air flow and helping keep down on body heat and then a regular sheet over that and it is great. Still use a hospital style bed frame though so that I can adjust head and feet of the mattress.
