If it is just a local then I will say - I am sorry.
I can not stand locals. They not only freak me the fuck out. I hate feeling the cold ass OR and I do not want to hear the sounds and see shit.
I at very least want to be asleep. Then many of the same after effects can hit if you do the most simple types of being asleep. When I had my wisdom teeth out and was released same day I still had most of the effects.

I have always checked with people and never use any spices or stuff until my diet has been switched to the proper type. You will always be informed of what your diet type and restrictions are. Been in hospitals so damn many times I have some hospitals phone extenions memorized and know nurses and some techs by first names.
