I guess i mis-read the snarkyness about price. Anybody running a technology based company should have a programmer on staff. For a senior level programmer with years of experience and insight into the industry including every billing company, nats, mpa3, carma, mas, 60k per year for this person without having to pay any benefits is a steal.
as for the hourly it is a bit high, but think of this, mansion charges $175/hour for a bulgarian programmer that typically is not as experienced nor skilled as the people on my team.
