If you have a solid product idea... just pay for it. In partnerships someone almost always gets screwed. Save yourself the headache.

Well because its going to need updates done over the years, and most programs would want the player custom designed to match their members areas. So this would be ongoing and its best to have the original developer on board. He got paid for his work, then I was going to do a partnership with him to sell the project to other programs, so this would of been ongoing income. I have at least 3 programs a week hit me up interested about this idea, one that was ready to buy this week and I put off till I got a chance to talk to this retard.
