What I don't understand is that anywhere worth living in Cali will still cost you a fortune.
I also wish the real estate market would correct in NY...but things are not bad enough yet. The wife wants to move to a better place soon.
We do need some type of national health care system in this country. But if you think about it if you don't work...the government pretty much takes care of you. Great incentive not to better yourself.
