You have to let her go. Do not let her come back. Anyone that really cared about you would not post what she did about you. Even in anger, she would have not shared so many personal details. That shows poor character. I have no idea what went on between the two of you. You say one thing, she says another. You two need to stay away from each other and move on. Go talk to a therapist and work on making yourself better.
