Yup and again I NEVER told you to start on it, and you should not of started on it till I sent you the deposit. I didn't ask you to start on it. I sent you a layout of what I wanted it to look like, and the specs I needed it to have. I never said here get this done.
Sortie did you or did you not get paid 370.00 prior to me receiving the software? And if you recall you could not get it to work with rtmp as you posted above. So it was utterly useless for my needs until you could do that. You STILL never added in titles and descriptions like I requested, and I STILL paid you 70.00 more than what you quoted me as clearly stated above. Then you were all for the 50/50 split on sales. That was your idea, I originally said Id only take 10% as I wanted to get the player out there to help slow the leakage of videos from members areas. YOU were the one that changed that to 50% later on, and that is when I started building interest in the player and was ready to do a press release tomorrow. I emailed you the day before you started all this bullshit asking you to help me just get a demo running on the new domain so I could start selling it. You flipped out and accused me of selling it without your permission and me ripping you off even though we had a long standing agreement that we would sell the player.

I kept your name out of everything when I talked about the player on the boards due to your last debacle where you pissed a bunch of people off and I was very hesitant even getting ready to launch this because I saw how flakey you were with some others you did work for.
