Yeah there's a lot of crap sites listed. But it's easy to go through the list every now and then and look for good ones. I can send out at least 50 trades to good sites in one hour. I usually get at least 10 accepted out of that. Trying to do it the old fashioned way takes me a lot longer. Unless you work with sites that have link trade signup pages but I wouldn't get near those sites. Even done that way I bet I could get more trades in thunder-ball quicker. But whatever works for you.
