All I needed when I emailed was for you to take 2 mins worth of your time and see why the demo wasn't working correctly. I just needed to change one line somewhere so it was set to the new domain name. You would of had a sale and made money right off from the first sale, and made other money for the support aspect. I would of sent you 20.00 or whatever just to get the demo going so I would be able to start showing potential clients. You didn't even ask me about money. This all could of went like this.
Me: I need to get this demo going so I can start gettin us some sales from the site.
You: Oh well do you mind throwing me a bit of money to cover my time until we start getting some sales from it?
Me: Sure how much do you need? I just need to get the demo so it is pointed at the right domain name, we can worry about other skins and stuff etc later on.
You: Well 20 to 50.00 would be fine and Ill get it setup.
Me: Ok awesome cause I have a lot of interest and have a few companies wanting to get the full setup done. Player / install / videos encoded / thumbs / titles / descriptions the whole ball of was, so it should be a nice payout.
You: Oh well cool 20 to 50 sounds fair gimme an ftp login and Ill take a look.
Me: Ok here is the ftp sending you money to ftp now.
You: ok sounds good.
Thats how it all should of went. I never asked you to do anything for free, never said I was stealing your code. Simply was trying to get the site setup in order to put out a press release and be able to show potential clients. Billing could go through you, through me, epass, paypal I don't give a fuck. Just so we stay on the same page on everything. Could just have them send 1/2 to my epass, half to yours. However. You jumped to conclusions and none of this should of happened. You accused me of stealing your code and flew off the handle for no reason. If its a big misunderstanding then its something we should be able to work through and solve. Perhaps email or icq would be a better way to communicate about this and see if we can't solve the issue and make some money as we have talked about for months, and I thought we were in agreement on. Just let me know. I am a very reasonable person and am glad to settle disputes in the manner that is most fair to both parties.
