I posted on how to get the demo a few months ago off the internet.
But you can grab it the normal way on Xbox live now. The demo has the full tutorial and you can play as either Liddel or Shogun.
Cool game and worth getting if you like fighting games or the UFC. On line is bit of a disappointment because of the lag, but a good solid game.
